Where to sort out property documents without multiple visits to DLD?
Hi everyone! I need to sort out some property paperwork — mainly updating ownership details after a family-related change. I tried looking up the Dubai Land Department steps, but the more I read, the more I feel like I’ll end up missing something and doing two or three trips.
I’m not expecting miracles, I just want someone to check everything before I submit so I don’t waste a full day. Has anyone gone through this recently and found a place that keeps the whole process a bit more organised?

Yeah, I went through something similar last autumn. I used a government services hub instead of going straight to DLD because I didn’t want to guess the order of things again. They looked at my documents first, told me what was missing, and then helped submit everything through the correct channels.
